President Xi Jinping proposed "Promoting Green Development" other eight actions for high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road at the opening ceremony of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.To further implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's speech, to practice the concept of "Clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver", to strengthen the youth's awareness of green and low carbon, to cultivate team spirit and practical ability, to promote the exchange of green and low carbon innovation experience, to show the green and low carbon scientific and technological achievements, and to promote the sustainable development of the global green and low carbon, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology and the people's government of Anji County co-hosted the first Belt and Road Youth International Forum forGreen and Low Carbon Innovation and Development. The forum will invite famous experts and young people from domestic and foreign countries to share and interact and provide a communication platform for green low-carbon theory research, technology innovation, industrial development, and youth assistance. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
