郑兴，教授，博士生导师。德国柏林工业大学环境工程博士，沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学博士后，曾任丹麦格兰富水处理研发专家、项目经理。全职回国工作后，2017年入选陕西省“百人计划”，担任陕西省“节水与水回用”创新团队带头人、国家环保设备质量检验监督中心（江苏）学术带头人、中国化工学会环保专业委员会委员、中国工程建设标准化协会智慧水务委员会委员、陕西省碳达峰碳中和标委会委员。SCI期刊“ProcessSafety andEnvironmentalProtection”编委。
长期致力于净水、控碳与环境健康领域的科研工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目子项、面上项目、中石化、中石油、中电建科研项目十余项。在膜技术应用及其智能化、水中有机物分析与毒理检测、工业冷却循环水节水、二氧化碳资源回收与循环利用等领域取得了创新成果。在国际期刊发表SCI检索论文50多篇，其中一区论文33篇，H因子25，发表专著1部，获中国专利授权12项和国际专利授权1项，专利转化3项。主持的污水深度处理与再生回用中膜污染机制及其控制技术研究，2023年获陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果一等奖。以科研促教学，指导和培养了国内外优秀硕博研究生和博士后50余名。
