1Theprojectsenteredshallapplynew-generationinformationtechnologysuchasmobileInternet,cloudcomputing,bigdata,artificialintelligence,InternetofThings,next-generationcommunicationtechnology,andblockchaintoeconomicandsocialfieldstoservetheconstructionofnewinfrastructure,anddevelopnewproducts,services,businesstypes,andmodels;bringintoplaytheroleoftheInternetindrivingindustrialupgradingaswellastheintegrationofinformatizationandindustrialization;promotethetransformationandupgradingofindustriessuchasmanufacturing,agriculture,energy,andenvironmentalprotection;leveragetheroleoftheInternetinsocialservices,innovatenetworkservicemodels,andpromotetheintegrationoftheInternetwitheducation,medicalcare,transport,finance,andconsumptionforliving.
2Theprojectsenteredmustbeactual,ethical,legal,andfreeofharmfulinformation;shallaimtopromotepositiveenergy;andmustnotinfringeontheintellectualpropertyrightsofothers.
3AllprojectsenteredmustabidebytheConstitutionofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandtheChineselawsandregulations;showrespectfortheChineseculture;andcomplywithpublicmorals.

Degreestudents（BachelorsandMasters）andgraduateswithinfiveyearsofgraduation.Notlessthan2membersforeveryteam.
Eachteamshouldhaveatleast1tutor.Ifyoufailedtofindthetutor,SOIEwillhelpyou.Ifyourteamneedtranslationhelp,SOIEcanhelptomatch1-2Chinesestudentsasyourteammember.
