04Requirementofthecontest

(a)Thecontentoftheworkshouldcloselyfollowthetheme,trulyrecordyourfeelingsofstudyingandlivinginZhejiang,reflecttheChinesecultureandbeautifulZhejiang,showthesignificantachievementsofZhejiangintheprocessof“ChineseModernization”,andstrivetousesmallstoriesandsmallpeopletoshowthebigchangesandscenesofZhejiang’sdevelopment,andthebeautyofecology,humanityandharmonyofZhejiang.

(b)Thecontentoftheworkislogicalandclear,thestoryiscomplete,withpositiveenergy,noviolence,pornography,religionandracialdiscrimination,noreactionary,illegalcontent,noimplantationofadvertising.

(c)Theworkcanbeinanyform,suchasmicro-documentary,interview,talkshow,etc.,andbewithin3minutesinlength.

(d)TheworkshouldbeinnativelanguageorEnglish,withChineseandEnglishsubtitlesinthevideo.

(e)Videoresolutionshouldbe1280*720orabove,MPG,MPEG,AVI,MOV,WMV,MP4filesareallowed,horizontalorverticalscreenshootingisallowed;videoimagesshouldbeclean,withoutcornermark,stationlogo,watermarkorlogo.

(f)Thesubmittedworksmustbetheoriginalworksoftheparticipantswithfullcopyright,andmustnotusecopyright-freematerialsorviolatethecopyrightandtrademarkrightsofthirdparties,andplagiarismisstrictlyprohibited.Theparticipantshallbearfullresponsibilityforanydisputesarisingfromthecopyrightofthework.
